Living in an orderly society, most of us are willing to lead others, instead of being led.However, a successful leader needs persistent practice. To be a class leader,therefore, becomes a good choice for many ambitious youngsters to makepreparations. Obviously, you will benefit a lot from it.
Firstly, theexperience to be a class leader is also a process of self-improvement. Dealingwith various unexpected situations, it is essential to be confident,determined, considerate and careful. By all means, it is difficult to cater toall tastes. You need to consider the benefits of majority, though. Secondly, tobe a class leader increases one’s ability to communicate with others. A classleader, in some way, serves as a medium through which the teachers and studentscan share and exchange their ideas. Thus you have to interact with different peopleand be aware of their thoughts. Without outstanding communicative ability, themanagement of the class will be in a mess. Last but not least, it is easier tosucceed for those who have ever been a class leader. Ambition and confidencearises from praise. As a leader, you can get more opportunities to accomplishachievements, present yourself and win praise from others, which forms abeneficial circle.
In a nutshell, itis worthwhile to be a class leader and taste the sweets and bitters ofleadership.
