I tried hard but still couldn't catch up with the workload which was given to me. The first reason I feel stressful is that even I work overtime for three to four hours, I still can't finish the work of the day. Secondly, even I have followed the instruction, my work is always being criticised. Thirdly, there are so many new rules to follow. Every night I am too stressful and worried which make me can't sleep well.
I went to see a stress counsellor to seek for a treatment. She advised me to take a bread from work for no less than two months immediately. With the consideration of my health and mental status, I have no choice but hang in my resignation.
