天猫未按时发货怎么申请赔付
卖家未通知没货或者迟点发货情况下,三天后仍未发货,属于延迟发货。申请方法如下:
1.买家可以进入“我的淘宝”,点“已买到的宝贝”

3.退款成功后的0-15天内,买家可以进入我的淘宝---已买到的宝贝,点击投诉卖家,发起违背发货时间承诺的投诉,后续关注客服介入处理。

如果卖家确实存在此行为,淘宝网须向买家赔偿该商品实际成交金额的百分之五,最低不低于1元,最高不高于30元的金额赔付,如卖家未主动配合处理,除须赔偿违约金外,每次扣三分。如卖家主动赔付违约金的,淘宝介入不做扣分处理。
