我之前的老师有和我说过关于这一块的学习。
我之前也很害羞不敢和外国人打交道。但实际上只要你开了口你就成功了一大半。老师说过，大胆去说不怕丢脸你就可以学好英语。毕竟英语是门语言啊。我附上一份和老外交往的常用词。你先学着。然后多练习。希望可以帮到你，祝你在美国过的愉快。

2、经常练习日常句子。把它们练习得能够脱口而出；
3、为了帮助自己熟悉地道的英语，可以买一些美国电视连续剧DVD。边看边跟着说句子。能跟多少跟多少。推荐《老友记》，即Friends。
4、把学过的短语以及词组造出句子来。让你的老师检查无错后，背下来。一般，背自己的句子不容易忘记。
5、要善于区分书面语和口头语。不要在平时说书面语，很可笑的。比如，
口语， Thank you very much.
