大意是为了防止腐败的银行浪费你的钱财,他来帮你处理一切交易和理财.还自称是国际货币基金组织的官员.可笑,该组织在华盛顿,他老兄可是在尼日利亚呢,一个天天从货币基金讨饭要救济的非洲穷国,你想想可能吗?
