a good university should first have the atomosphere of study,so it not only depends on the students themselves,but also the school itself,including the principles of the school,the teachers who should do more than what they should do ,not only teaching the knowledge but also the metheds of learning .second the leaders should do everything that will do good to students,the interest of students is in the first position.
