我给国外卖家付款后迟迟不见对方发货 我想发邮件问问大搞意思是：什么时候可以给我发货？为什么不回复我？

什么时候可以发货——when could the xxxxx（你买的东西的英文名）be delivered？
或者你在上面用my purchase（我买的东西）代替买的东西的英文名

为什么不回复我——why can not I get the reply of my last e-mail(为什么我得不到我上一封e-mail的回复）

尽量不要用翻译软件写东西，它只能直接翻译，翻译出来怪怪的。但看看大概意思还是可以的
