过去式，翻译时候要尽量明确时点和时段，一般的一般过去式，更强调某时点，所以翻译时候应注意这样的词语，如last Sunday， yesterday， last Year等等，如I ran 2 km yesterday表示我昨天跑了2km，并且跑的这个动作已经结束。
若没有明确的时点，就是无法确定动作是否完成，通常使用现在完成时，表示过去已经开始做，现在可能完成，或者还有可能继续，如I have run 2 kilometers，只能说明我已经跑完了2km，而不能确定现在是否正在跑。
