1:ST工厂会先下去做SAMPLE 和报价,但是他们到12月份都没有空间,所以现在没有办法告诉我们每个月可以给我们多少双的容量;
2.GD工厂也会先下去做SAMPLE 和报价,如果有量产,需先预付30%的订金,待所有的鞋子做完,验完货,需全部付款再出货;同样他们从明年的一月份开始可以给我们每个月五万双的容量;

Firstly,the ST.Coporation has promised to offer samples and relative quaotations,though they failed to confirm to us how many
pairs they could offer,in case that they have no time till December.
secondly,the GD.Corporation has promised to offer samples and relative quotations as well,and will produce upon a required %30 down payment,and release shipment after due examinations upon full payment.
they could also offer us 50,000 pairs per month from next January.

Please refer to the meeting records from 2 factories below:

1/. ST will prepare the sample and quotation first, but they can NOT tell us the quantity they could produce for us per month now, as their capacity is full until December.

2/. GD will also prepare the sample and quotation first. If the order is placed, they required 30% deposite and the balance shoud be settled after all goods finished and pass the inspection. They will produce 50M pairs each month since Jan. 2011.
