One may ask what is a good friend? Webster Dictionary defines good as having moral excellent and well behaved. Friend is defined as one who is understanding, caring, and shows concerns for others.
When you combine both of these words together you have created a good friend. A good friend must be a very understanding person.
What is meant by understanding is that he knew the feelings and thoughts of your situations. Whenever you felt as if you could not make it anymore and depression had weigh you down He could relate to how you felt. He would ask you to come to church and join him.
If someone hurt you or said something wrong that made you cry, he would cry as if they had spoken to him. He respected your feeling as well as your body.
