当each 做同位语时，不影响主谓一致，
比如，we each have a pen.
但如果each是主语时，谓语动词只能用单数。
比如，each of us has a pen.

第二题选C。
all如果做主语，有两种翻译法，
1。所有的人或物， 谓语动词用复数，
2。一切， 谓语动词用单数。
题中第一空是，所有的人都出席了，所以用复，
第二个空是，一切进展顺利，所以用单
