在这个暑假里，我利用业余时间，和同学游玩，看电影，其中最有意义的是我学习了做饭。我的爸爸是一名厨师，所以家里一直是爸爸做饭，这个假期，我向爸爸学习了做饭。在学习做饭的过程中，我明白了做什么都不容易，家长为我们付出的太多太多。现在我学会了做饭，今后我就可以多做些家务，这个假期非常的有意义！

I spent my spare time playing and going to the movies with my classmates during this summer vacation. One of the most meaningful was I learnt how to cook. My father is a cook so he always cook meals for us. I learnt how to cook from my father. From this I knew it was not easy to do anything and parents did a lot for us.Now I can cook and from now on I will help my parents with the housework.
