AIN DUTIES:
1. Lead activities to identify, investigate, qualify for service, and provide continuing liaison with new or existing suppliers in foreign countries.
2. Participate and support tendering team on cost of equipments, services, logistic, etc, to determine and agree on sourcing strategies, lines of communication, and where appropriate, to specify necessary terms and conditions of purchase.
3. Maintains effective lines of communication between Sourcing/Procurement, Tendering/Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and the Customer, to ensure proper flow of information, on assigned projects.
4. Assist in maintaining continuity and resolving sourcing problems, which could disrupt continuity whether it is in the area of engineering, construction, customer, supplier interface or project management.
5. Monitors all assigned sourcing activities for compliance with applicable instructions, quality requirements, and proper scheduling, by preparing appropriate Status Reports.
6. Conducts meetings with suppliers and contractors and maintains favourable relations with them to assure and maintain their contractual commitments on assigned projects.
7. Takes part in negotiations with suppliers to assure the established quality standards, competitive cost and volumes are met.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in related discipline;
2. Five years of project sourcing / procurement and/or related experience in the industry.
3. General Technical knowledge of products purchased; general knowledge of purchasing standards, policies, procedures, supply management philosophy
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Effective negotiating and strong interpersonal skills and the application of fair and ethical business practices.
6. Proactive, good time management
7. Sound writing and communication skills, especially in English
8. Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Excel, Power Point and Word).
