其实很简单，在你的Store中加一个属性，不管你是增，删，改，都会自动的刷新你的Store。

这个属性就是autoLoad : true。很好用的，你试试。

var ds = new Ext.data.Store({
...,
autoLoad : true
})

自动刷新什么？在回调函数里reload一下你的store
