二、整机的安装调试:
(1)将工作台板摆放在即将安装的机器中间。测量基础水泥墩的中心距是否与图纸相符。
(2)将左右边梁吊装到基础水泥墩上,用注入水的透明水管测量左右边梁的水平高度。先在左、右边梁上取最高点,以左、右边梁上的最高点为参考,通过边梁调节螺栓分别调整左右边梁前、后、对角线各点的水平高度与参考点一致。
(3)用卷尺测量横梁两头纵向箱体行轮的间距,再测量左右边梁首、尾端对角线,使两条对角线尺寸相等。调整左、右边梁前后两端中心距,中心距尺寸误差控制在0.5毫米内。
(4)防尘布安装:将防尘布从纵向箱体的底面行轮和尼龙棒中间穿入,从纵向箱体内部穿越尼龙棒,再从纵向箱体的另一端的行轮和尼龙棒中间穿出.
(5)吊装横梁主机:将拖链放入右边梁的拖链槽内,将横梁的行轮对准边梁的导轨,测量横梁和左边梁前端的尺寸,再测量横梁与右边梁前端的尺寸,使横梁与左右两条边梁前端的尺寸相同,再将横梁安放在左右边梁上。确认各部件位置无误后,将左右边梁的调整螺栓与基础水泥墩上的预埋铁焊接牢固。
(6)安装拖链:将拖链和拖链槽用螺栓固定,检查从拖链槽穿出的每根电线和有关分别接入相应的位置,将主电源线穿过拖链槽与电控箱接通。分别为横梁、左右边梁添加机油,为手动注油泵加油,为液压站油箱加液压油,盖好防尘布,盖防尘时,先用压板压紧防尘布前端,再到边梁后端压紧。
(7)工作台板的调整方法:将锯片分别行走至台板边角4个点,分别测量台板4个边角与锯片的垂直尺寸,调整工作台板底角调整螺栓,使4个边角点与锯片的距离保持一致后将调整螺栓与台板预埋垫铁焊接牢固。
(8)用手动运行的方式,在刨平的木板上锯一条线,将红外线镭射仪器校准。 展开
