英语现在进行时问题

every hour our churchbell（is ringing），i believe it （ring）now！
2 Shi (watch) tv now,i believe that she always (watching) a show at this time!
为什么括号里的动词是这种时态？now 通常不是用现在进行时么？always 通常不是用一般式么？，有点confusion，谁能给我详细解释一下

always通常是一般现在时。I/you do sth. 或者he/she/it does sth.是一般现在时
