关于外贸英文翻译

我是做外贸工作的。有一个问题是这样：客户的样品已经寄给工厂了，但工厂说材料不是ABS，而是PP， 价格他们需要重新核算，但近期内原材料涨价，希望客户能尽快确认，我们这边的工厂好采购原材料并安排生产。
这一段话用外贸函电式的英文怎么写好？请有经验的高手帮我写一个。万分感谢

The sample you sent to us had been received by our（或者写工厂名字） company,but please note:the sample material you sent was PP,not ABS.so our company have to work out a new price,as you know that the PP(看你的意思应该是说PP吧，要不是的话，要做修改) materials had raised a lot.so we just want co confirm which material do you decide to choose,ABS or PP?Please tell me as soon as possible,then we can purchase the material and give the order to our factory.
