tomcat启动很慢console打印一些有黑字的日期

启动之后console先打印十几行红字，然后打印几十行黑字，然后在变成红字。我怀疑是打印黑字使启动拖慢，但不知什么意思。我原来用myeclipse的tomcat就没有这种情况。不知怎样删除。
打印的黑字如下：
