学生现状 ：每日在校时间9小时，每日作业时间3——4小时，每日课外活动时间几乎没有，每日睡眠不足。

I am junior high school student. I am now in great of your help.
I am under high pressure now.
I need to study at school for nine hours everyday. I cannot take rest after school.
I need tocomplete my home work where it normally take me 3~4 hours to complete.
I have no time for any other activity.
Yet I feel I don't have enough sleeping time.

My parents also have a high expectation on me.
I am really tired and helpless.
Please give me advice how to solve this.
