People need a balanced diet to keep healthy.
3. We should eat different kinds of food from each of the five food groups : grains, vegetables, fruit , dairy products and protein.
4. Not eating certain kinds of food is dangerous.
If people eat lots of food that makes us become fat may increase the risk of heart attack.
Doing some researches and having a medical examination can help us make the right dicion about our diet.
