我个人认为选A,因为之前做过类似的题目.
但老师说选B,说do you often have是插入语.
我不认同.却找不到理论依据,求解.
另一题：The manager was discussing the plan that they would like to see____the next year.
A.carried out B.to carry out
老师说选A,但是我觉得选B,理由是:一,the next year表示将来,所以要用不定式.二,如果选A,完成时不是表示一个已完成的动作吗?老师把它还原成:that they would like to see the plan carried out the next year.我个人认为这样还原有问题,首先定语从句中的the plan是不是和主句的成分重复了?而且这样还原好像变成另外一个独立的句子而不是修饰定语的定语从句了.求解.

这里who是从句中的宾语相当于whom，have sb. do是“让某人做什么事”的意思，这个have等于make，后面跟不带to的动词不定式
不要与have to"不得不"混淆
你变成肯定句：I often have sb. do the work for me. 我经常让谁帮我做事，这样意思就很明确了，与have to do是没有关系的。

第2题：
The manager was discussing the plan that they would like to see____the next year.
这里面有个定语从句， that they would like to see ... the next year，先行词（即修饰的名词是：plan）计划是“被执行”的，the plan is carried out 或 carry out a plan，不可能是 plan carry out，因此再怎么样B肯定是错的。
当然the next year是表示将来的意思，如果要更好地表达应该说to be carried out，但有时to be可以省略，就变成carried out
这题是考主动与被动，就着这点就不会答错了。

肯定是要选B的。 do you often have 肯定是插入语。为什么呢？因为他如果不是插入语的话，就只能是谓语。很显然，要是谓语的话，他就是中国式英语了。
