1.反义疑问句。前肯后否或前否后肯。因为前面的句子是否定句，所以后面的疑问句需要用肯定形式。
2.逗号前面是一个完整的句子，逗号后面的成分就必须是从句表伴随。如果选A就要改成句号了，因为它们都是完整的句子。
3.第三个我觉得是选择A，我朋友也觉得是A，你的答案可能有问题吧。应为如果选择B 的话从句句子就没主语了
4.现在进行时表将来。其实A项从语法上说也是对的。但是在情境中就没有B项好了。A项有明天他们不打算工作（有意志在里面），所以他们能够出去。有点逻辑矛盾。
5.非限制性定语从句，用which代表the Discovery。I think做插入语。这句话还原就是I think the discovery is of great important to science。be of+名词相当于形容词。
