In the first place,in order to learn English well,one should recite
as many words as he or she can,because word is the basis of a language just like the basis of the organ and body is one and another single cell.
Second,one should learn some grammatical rules.Only by obeying the basic rules of the language can one form the simple words into phrases,and phrases into sentences.And seldom a person wants to make
a foolish figure when using the language.
Third,one should use the language as often as possible.Since the ultimate aim of learning a foreign student learning another language
besides his or her mother tongue is to use it ,wheather in reading ,
writing,business communication or social contacting.So beginners
must set up their minds to use the language as more as they can.And
only through regular practising can one really master the gerneral use of certain words and way of speaking.No doubt it would seem rather hard at the beginning,but when you have practised it for a period of time you will find it more and more natural and easy to use the language you are learning.
Last but not least,one should take a optimistic attitude toward English learning.In most of the cases,the only quality you need is
just some patience.Anyway,it is a long process to learn a language,maybe as long as it takes you to learn Chinese.So be patient and get down to enjoy every progress you make and the happiness that learning English has brought to you.

3. Find fun ways to learn English

It is important to have a good motivation to do something,especially when you're learning a language. Learning languages don't have to be boring. Watch English TV shows, movies or listen to English music---whichever way makes you enjoy yourself during the learning process! :)
