子姜鸭的做法如下:
工具/材料:新鲜鸭子1/4只、仔姜2块、小米椒3个、蒜4~5瓣、盐2~3克、生抽2勺、料酒2勺、冰糖2~3颗、蚝油半勺、食用油适量。
1、将鸭肉切块,冲洗干净。

2、把大蒜切片,小米椒切段,姜切细条。

3、锅加热,放入食用油、把鸭肉放入锅中,用中火煸炒。

4、等煸炒出很多鸭油时,将鸭肉铲出,放入蒜片。炒出蒜香后,再将鸭肉重新加入锅中,翻炒均匀。
