When I began to learn English three years ago I don't know the best way to learn English so I wan't fond of it. Although I worked hard, I couldn't catch up with others so I almost gave up. My English teacher Miss Wang encouraged me to learn English and she talked with me about ways of learning English. She also gave me a book about learning English and she often helped me with my English after class. She was an excellent teacher and I would never forget her amusing stories and entertaining classes. It was really a struggle for me to study English. But with my teacher's help, I gradually made progress and caught up with my classmats. Now I am confident and I am good at English.I spend lots of time on it every day. I listen to the teacher carefully,review what is learned regularly, prepare each lesson carefully before class, do our homework carefully, copy good sentences and recite them and attend English debbates and speech contests. What's more,I often listen to English programs and read English magazines and books. When I make mistakes I often correct them at once. I like asking others for help when I have difficulties. With good ways of learning English and hardwork,I am one of the top students of English in my class.
