求商业信函英文翻译？

合同已经发给律师，律师在审阅之后要求另提供一个中文版本的合同。
此外，基于对合作的负责，我方希望贵司能提供营业执照、组织机构代码证（另注：不知道美国企业有没有营业执照）以及贵司已经合作的成功案例。
在收到以上相关资料，且有合作需求后，我司会发函商定您来深圳面谈的时间。

很多商业用语如果在英文中没有对应的翻译，能翻译出大概也可以，请不要用谷歌翻译后给我答案，那个翻译不准确。

I already send the contract to lawyer, but they come back and ask for a Chinese version.

What's more, we certainly need your company's profile, such as registration info, code, etc. If there's success case, that will help for sure, please let us know.
