ANSYS workbench 15.0 中求解总是出现警告和错误

Warning：The detected initial penetration/gap is relatively large for certain contact pairs. This may produce inaccurate results for Bonded and No Separation contacts using formulation other than MPC. This large penetration/gap can be identified by generating the initial contact results.
加了载荷求解以后一点变化都没有，就出来个这个警告，各位大神们请问怎么回事啊，很急啊，做毕设快没时间了

这说明你导入的模型在默认设置接触面时出现两个本无接触关系的面定义为接触了，建议多看看模型
