9.2 Employment of Management Personnel

Management Personnel shall be employed by the Company in accordance with the terms of individual employment contracts entered into between the Management Personnel and the Company and approved by the Board. The Management Personnel may be rewarded, disciplined, appointed or removed by the Board.
