求翻译这段话！！急！！谢谢了！！我想问下，host institution course里面批准的这5门课，是到时候学校会再选出其中4门，还是到时去交换的学校上的课就是5门课？那学分要怎么换算？Media 4那门课，host institution course里面的两门课只批准了一门课，那十一月份我需要再回来墨尔本读一个月的studio吗？另外两门选修课我写了"or"，但是host institution course 里面，相对应的两门课都批准了。我有点不知道是什么意思。
