My favorite thing from childhood is reading. I've had it for almost 17 years. My father helped me have the habit.
I like reading so much because it makes me feel peaceful in my mind and it gives me knowledge. It's special to me for it helps me know more about the world. I think it is really a good friend for me.
Reading has given me many memories. I remember when I was in grade 7, one day I borrowed a novel from my classmates. He gave me two days to finish it while the book was very thick. So in those two days I read it all the time except eating and sleeping time, even in class, I read it secretly. The book is so funny and interesting that I will remember it forever.
