一直不知道为什么选D，求问这题到底什么意思。。。为什么我看到一个hint是520*（0.26+0.22），不懂==

为了凑答案，可不可以这样理解，1988-1991增长的只有前两项，这两项在1991年的总和是520×（0.26+0.22）=249.6≈250

当然其实就是上面的理解。句子的意思是，1988-1991增加对arts投资的两个sectors在1991年的总contribution大概是多少dollars？
