电影《肖申克的救赎》观后感
A Movie: 《The Shawshank Redemption》
The Shawshank Redemption is a 1994 American movie based on Stephen King’s novel. It was a story about a banker named Andy Dufresne. He was wrongly convicted for a double murder and sentenced for life at the Shawshank Prison. Andy went through all kinds of misfortunes in the prison, and he tried hard to swallow those hardships to wait for a chance to clear his name. When he found that it was impossible of doing so, he decided to escape. With the help of another prisoner Red, he eventually succeeded.
The movie is about human wisdom, endurance and kindness. One of the sentences spoken by Andy was: “Fear can hold you prisoner, hope can set you free. A strong man can save himself, a great man can save another.” These philosophical words inspired so many people to be strong, brave and faithful. I think it is a very touching movie.
