几道英语选择题。麻烦详细解说哦！

Human facial expressins differ from those of animals in the degree_____they can be conrolled on purpose.
这一道横线上填的是to which 。语法方面的问题不用讲了。我只想问一下这里用的是to the degree 这个短语吗？它的意思是在某一方面吗？

Is there a shop around_____which we can get fruit?
答案选的是in which，我知道这里around是个副词，题目考的是get fruit in a shop.可是还有一个选项是from which ，我觉得也可以啊，get fruit from a shop，从商店里买水果，也可以啊。为什么不能选这个呢？

最后一个问题啦，就是on the coast ，off the coast ， tot he coast 分别的意思啦。记得以前老师说与距离海岸的远近有关，可是最近又看到一本教辅上说与在陆地上还是在海面上有关。我糊涂了。懂的朋友告诉我正解哦。不确定的不要答这一问……我同桌也不懂这个问题。回头我还要讲给她听，错了就误人子弟了……

这第一题用的的确是to the degree这个短语，意思是达到一定的程度，例如：疑问句----To what degree do you love her?-----Very much!意为 你喜欢她到什么程度？ 非常喜欢！
从语法上讲，get fruit in/from a shop 都是讲的通的，而这里选择in而不是from则是最有答案选择法，习惯上说get fruit in a shop. 说实话 ，这就是中国英语教育的问题，你要是让一个外国人来回答这个选择题，他一定会发疯的。他会说：“oh my god,chinese people are so crazy!"
on the coast 意思是说 在海岸上，在海边，例如，they are walking on the coast.他们在海边散步。 off the coast 意为远离海岸，也指的在海中，例如： the fishmen sail off the coast .渔夫们乘船远离了海岸。然后关于to the coast 这本身并不算是一个词组，只能说有这种说法，例如，we plan to walk to the coast.我们打算步行到海边。
