Conflicts stemming from differences in goals or desires are not good or bad. The two fundamental bases for conflict are information (one person has information that another does not have, or two individuals have different sets of information) and perception (people see things differently based on their unique belief sys¬tems). Despite the discomfort, disparate points of view can result in constructive behavior and positive outcomes.

如果不涉及私密和隐私,关于交流的讨论一定不是完整的。如果因为不小心的聊天,从而透露病人的秘密或者侵犯病人的隐私权将会导致道德以及法律上的后果。
