In addition , our nation experiences a  Reform of Medical System in recent years ,which relives the pressure of people go to a doctor. Last but not least , national fitness campaign that is meaningful for their healthy and prolong their lifetime are very popular among Chinese residents.
To sum up , we have sound reasons to believe our lifetime will be longer than previous generation in this time abounded with science and technology.
