I am so small ,absolutely,but I have a strong sense of duty and humor.I always think that English is so wonderful a language that we should not only regard it as a subject,but also look on it with great interest.
一当老师的注意事项
（1）迅速记住学生的姓名，合理编排学生座位，不要安排特座。树立教育教学良好的第一印象，当然，上好每一堂课是非常重要的。轻松幽默的语言。不要让学生感到成绩好坏与受到的待遇有关，切忌只关注学生的成绩，他们的心理状况是你应该最为关注的。
（2）选班干，编座位。选得力的班干会让你省很多事情，一开始你可能对很多同学不太了解，你可以采取自荐法，看谁比较积极想要做班干，他们自荐完后，你再观察他们几天再做进行分配职务，因为不是他们认为可以做就行的。
二学习英语的注意事项
（1）高三英语的学习,其实还是要巩固,突破与提高结合。这是必要的,也是同学们在高三学习英语的一个过程。巩固基础,就是要让大家理解一些基本的英语知识,比如我们在学习的时候,应该懂得学习一些基本的知识,并且能够运用,在此基础上,把自己的英语成绩真正提升上去。
（2）我们会发现一个很奇怪的事情,就是学习越好的问题就越多,反而学习差的倒没什么问题,就是因为他们在平时学习中,没有把注意力放到学习上,从而让自己对学习越来越不太在意,这是很不好的,我们在学习的过程中。
