最可疑的就是 \documentclass{cctart}

这我也不知道，因为我从来没有用过。如果是我，我就换成别的类，例如 \documentclass{article} 外加 \usepackage{CJK}。

我试了一下，\section{} 的内容居中是 cctart 的默认模式。也许可以加某种选项来使之居左，但我不知道。
