请注意, 我们工厂做大货的时候只负责把该物料打包放进产品里当配件出货，同时工程师告知不能有显示该物料的使用说明在我们的说明书或者安装书里。因为认证报告里之前没有申报该物料，所以我们工厂是不允许违反认证的生产要求，只能货物运到你们仓库后你们自行处理。

We have informed the supplier to make a sample plug(black in color), the specification is verified accordingly, we will need the supplier to make a new silver plug and will send it to you once it is done.

Please note that while there is mass production, our factory only responsible to pack the material(s) as product component for processing, and our engineer states that there wil not be any instruction of handling of the particular material included. The reason is if there isn't any declaration of such material and no certification is done, and hence our factory is strictly follow the production requirements certification, as such, once the product is shipped to you, please take your neccessary actions.
