所以A肯定排出了。
B、C、D都可以看作是及物动词love后面所跟的宾语，但love不能跟that引导的宾语从句，所以D也不行。
C中的it后跟了不定式to be told.根据不定式的用法，it应该是不定式的逻辑主语，但很显然，是句中的he被告知，而不是it被告知。

而B符合了语法表达方式。He loved it when he was told that the product was out of stock=He loved the feeling when he was told ......他喜欢被告知他需要的产品已经售馨的感觉。
