what we can see and feel about the spring festival really has changed a lot since china opened its floodgate to embrace the western capitalism.it all beacuse the people can afford to live a much happier life than some years ago ,which dilutes what we can expect for the spring festival.as i can remember in the early 90s, spending the spring featival was so appealing that i always looked forward to the day as we will have brand new clothes and pants and nice food to eat.but as time went into the 21th century.people in china became more and more well-to- do,we already could get what we only whish to have on the spring festival whenever you want them ,and so the spring festival seems to me less exciting and attracting.i can only bury such special childhood feelings deep in my heart and i know they will never come back.this is so sad but also destined to happen with the further development of chinese economy.surely most chinese people born before the 21th century will resonate with me.
