The test in Lanzhou Lily and Yunnan Yunnan green as the main raw material, study on processing technology of compound beverage of lily juice Green Tea. To determine Green Tea extraction conditions and Green Tea lily juice compound beverage formula and the amount of the compound stabilizer by single factor orthogonal test. Finally, the experimental results show that: sucrose 0.4% lily juice 30ml juice 20ml 7% Green Tea 75%citric acid, 0.1% gelatin 0.05%CMC-Na, 0.1% pectin is the best formula.
