本次试验以兰州百合和云南滇绿为主要原料,对百合汁绿茶复合饮料的加工工艺进行研究。通过单因素正交试验确定绿茶浸提条件和百合汁绿茶复合饮料的配方与复合稳定剂的用量。最后实验结果表明:百合汁30ml 绿茶汁20ml 7%的75%的蔗糖液 0.4%的柠檬酸0.1%明胶、0.05%CMC-Na,0.1%果胶为最佳配方。

The test in Lanzhou Lily and Yunnan Yunnan green as the main raw material, study on processing technology of compound beverage of lily juice Green Tea. To determine Green Tea extraction conditions and Green Tea lily juice compound beverage formula and the amount of the compound stabilizer by single factor orthogonal test. Finally, the experimental results show that: sucrose 0.4% lily juice 30ml juice 20ml 7% Green Tea 75%citric acid, 0.1% gelatin 0.05%CMC-Na, 0.1% pectin is the best formula.
