I think is responsible,but also can be said to be the conscience.
Here is responsible,for each student's moral learning,knowledge learning.Not only the teacher as a living occupation,especially for primary and secondary school teachers.Experience,education in primary and middle school life left an indelible mark,if encountered bad teacher,so unless students willpower very strong,otherwise the effect of worrying,even boost to evil ways.
Now a lot of teacher or school is a lot of problem students ask no matter,either simple or violent corporal punishment,is simply the pursuit of class performance,it is irresponsible,is convenient save worry,diagram of high scores,but neglected the children mental development,moral need,value growth.
The quality of teachers is the growth of a child's life.Nowadays,obtain qualifications for teachers,not only pay attention to knowledge,responsibility assessment,how to cultivate a high-quality,high sense of responsibility for children's future growth can really good teachers?!Especially in the rural area,it is the lack of high-quality teachers!
