我想学习英语，想要一套有效地的学习规划。

不过我是想要一套能够从单词记忆，文章阅读，时态学习，以及口语训练的一个合规规划和建议，还望有经历的学习者分享下经验，我已经参加工作，抽空学习的。

Rome is not bulit in a day, as well as learning English.If u wanna improve ur english.there goes many ways.

1.For listening, you'd better listen as much as you can. The listening material u can choose is the news from Voa or bbc,specially about business news.And u also can download some audio material from the website The most important thing is to stick to it. If you stick to, your listening comprehension will be improved fast.

2.For oral english, you'd better read more and grasp any chances to practice, you can join some english corners and talk with others.

3. For writing, you must write more and in the meanwhile u should accumulate more vocabularies and useful sentences. Also, you can join a engish group to chat with others by QQ or MSN.

4. Another important thing is reading. Read something you can find everyday and stick to it.
