As you company sudden price increases , we cancel the order for the following reasons:
1. According to quotes from the E-mail, Our client's price
already set, but increase to 100 U.S. dollars most,
client's products can not afford the cost.
2. Currently A new project products began to increase, But
this time prices rise too much and too sudden, breaking

We have decided to cancel the order due to your sudden price hike. Details are as follows:
1. We have negotiated prices with our customers based on the prices you provided in the emails, but you suddenly raised the price for $100, that makes it unacceptable for the customers to compensate their loss on production.

2. As of now, more new items of A product are emerging, but the price hike was too sudden and too much, it exceeded everyone's expectation. For example, panel and cover items, materials changing from B to A. But currently prices of A are starting to get close to that of B (some brands have even exceeded B), so the customers do not feel it necessary to test the materials.

Due to the unexpected raise in price of your company, we are cancelling the order we've made, for the reasons below:
1. Based on the price mentioned in the email previously, we've already discussed and arrived at a conclusion for price with our customers. However, the cost our customer has to pay in order to manufacture their product is unreasonable due to the $100 raise in price.
2. New projects for product A is slowly begin to increase, but the dramastic raise in price this time broke the idea of changing material for our customer. Such as changing from material B to A in the project of PANEL and CANOPY. Since the price of A is approaching B's price (sometimes even surpassing it), customers think there isn't a point to change materials anymore.
3. In project which originally included material A, customers are thinking of changing materials.
Based on the above reasons, we cancelled our order, please understand!

Because you rose the price without former notification, we decide to cancel this PO. The following is our reason.

1. Our customer has accepted the price based on your former quotation. However, you raise $100 abruptly, which will definitely increase the production cost. That is what our customer can’t accept.

2. Recently, the projects, which are going to use material A, is increasing gradually. However, you increase the price largely and abruptly. Hence the customer doesn’t want to change the material any more. For example, the customer was going to change material B to material A in the panel board and cover board project. However, the price of material A is approaching that of material B (some of them even higher than material B). The customer thinks it is not need to trial the A material.

3. The customer has the potential to change material of some projects, which was made of material A previously.

Therefore, we decided to cancel this PO.
