求一篇英语学习计划，就是翻译

不要写的太有水平了，只需要很简单的句子就好
想要在学期开学时能过三级，1，早上读10单词，听一段话，看五个短语，。2，中午复习早上的内容。3，晚上睡觉前背早上的单词短语.4星期日做一篇英语周报
这些内容加些关联词，翻译一下，谢谢了
最好连贯一点，不要太生硬，就像作文那样
