1. 选C。 我觉得解决这两题的诀窍就是找出句子的谓语动词。一个正确的句子只能有一个谓语动词。第一个句子的谓语动词就是“make”(has made, 现在完成时)， 那么前面的肯定是已经发生的动作，A和D 肯定不对啦。

2. B。这个句子中“influenced”是整个句子的谓语动词，前面的成分可以看成是“the way”引导的一个从句。而且这动作发生在过去。 还有就是可以看出Guest 和 treat之间是被动关系，所以 C he D 肯定不对啦。

不过我有个疑问，这两题不是单选吗？难道一题有两个答案？
