句话之间的符号都是逗号，只有最后的是句号。我能弄明白后面由fails and beacuse 中and 连接的前后两个句子结构，但是前面....help keep the new technology affordable， we need laws ..... 这两句之间是如何连接的，实在是没看懂，如果说although 是连接这两个句子的连词，那前面的两句...information superhighway ,although ...又是靠谁连接的呢？
还有中间help keep 为什么能够连用，我在字典中也没有找到相关的信息，难道是某种省略么？求高手给予解答。十分感谢。
