9.2 The payment period shall be 30 days, from the date on which the buyer receives the invoice.
9.3 The contract currency shall be Renminbi, and all the expenses shall be issued invoice and paid by Renminbi.
9.4 Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the buyer shall transfer the payment to the following bank account by T/T:
9.5 Where the buyer is controversial with the maitenance expenses payable to the seller, the buyer may temporarily refuse to make the payment without prejudice to the interests of both parties, however, the buyer shall notify the seller in written form and submit the detailed expalanation to the controversy. Both parties shall treat each other equally and resolve the controversy through friendly consultation.
