Now, English become more and more important in our life, so how to improve the English skills is a big issue of students. First, you need to develop an interest in English. You can find some English movies or songs which you like on internet. Try to learn how they pronounce the words, when you see the sentences you like, read out loudly. This can improve your pronunciation. Secondly, lf you used to write diaries, keep it and write it in English. But be careful of your grammar. By the way, you can find many grammar books in book shop. Thirdly, try to use English in your normal life. You can speak English to your parents at home. Or you can organise an English club in class, speak in English with your friends. And talk more in English class. I think your parents and teachers would like to hear you speak English. If you do this about 3 months, you will find you English skill become much well.
