[摘 要]我们都知道电子商务是通过电子信息技术、网络互联技术和现代通讯技术，使得交易涉及的各方当事人借助电子方式联系，实现整个交易的电子化。所以电子商务自其产生之日起，就一直被人们所重视，并不断发展完善。尽管电子商务在我国的发展速度很快，但也相应的存在一些问题。本文特针对我国电子商务的发展中存在的问题进行研究，并且提出一系列的建议及对策来解决我国电子商务发展中所存在的问题，从而使我国的电子商务发展走向另一个新的领域，让电子商务更好的为我国经济发展服务。

[Abstract]:As we all know，E-commerce is a kind of transaction which makes it possible that two sides of the transaction contact with each other by means of electronic ways to e-commerce the products via electronic information technology,network technology and modern communication technology. The developing E-commerce was attached great importance ever sice its birth.In China it develops very fast, but there are some related problems existing.This thesis focusing on those problems and comes up with constructive solutions and countermeasures in order to cope with them, so that our country's e-commerce will be able to develop into a new period and contribute to the economic development.
